The Remedy Alert Webservice provides latest vulnerability details for number of products. Any simple RPC webservice client can be developed to consume the webservice by providing username and password. The webservice depending upon a user's preferences returns vulnerabilities details for one or more products. A user can call the webservice any number of times to get vulnerabilities detail for all products that are saved in the user's preference and each time it is ensured that a latest update is returned to the webservice client.
